Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is made up of the following members:
Mr. Martin Weller - Board Chair
Ms. Stephanie Keller - Vice Chair and Chair of Development Committee
Ms. Carol Kloeppel - Board Secretary
Mr. Michael Gray - Chair of Policy and Programme Committee
Mr. Stig Ronneberg - Chair of Site Committee
Dr. Anruadha Koraktar - Chair of Trustees Committee
Mr. Theo Paeffgen - Treasurer
Mr. Peter Murphy - School Director (non-voting member)
Mr. Juergen Isken - Teacher Representative (non-voting member)
Ms. Kerstin Stackmann - Parent Volunteer Board Chair
The Board of Trustees divides its work across 5 standing committees which meet to research and discuss issues to be brought to the Board for decision or information:
Though the work of each committee is separate and distinct, the implications of the work is intertwined, referring to the Strategic Plan and focused toward common goals.
In addition to the expertise offered by the Board Members, there is an Advisory Council, comprised of prominent people from the business and political arena in and around Bonn to further support the school's future development.
Bonn International School will continue to look to leadership from a diverse, effective, well informed Board of Trustees who uphold the school's mission, establish policy, support the administration in its implementation, communicate with all stakeholders, and evaluate the goals and strategic plan of the school.
