The BIS Community
Bonn International School is not only a school but is a closely knit international community.
Many parents within the school work as Parent Volunteers to provide support for the school community. This could be as an elected executive committee member or in other roles.
Examples are numerous but range from organising Family support Programmes to assisting in classes or from organising school events to helping to coordinate accommodation for visiting sports teams. Whatever your area of interest there is certainly a role for you!
As voting members on the Board of Trustees, parents support the decision making processes and work with the Director and the leadership team in developing the school's strategic direction.
